Terms of Service

Effective October 16, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and StreamlineLogik LLC ("we", "us"), which runs SenderFix. By using the website or buying the service, you agree to them. If you're using SenderFix for a business, you're agreeing on behalf of that business.

What SenderFix does

  • The free Email Health Check looks at a domain's public email settings and gives a grade and a summary.
  • The Email Fix ($299, one time, per domain) checks test emails from the tools you use, checks your domain's settings, and gives you step-by-step fixes and a results page. It includes your first month of SenderFix Monitor.
  • SenderFix Monitor ($19 per domain, per month with the Email Fix, or $29 on its own) keeps watching the domain using the daily reports mail services send us, and tells you when something needs attention. On its own, it tells you what's wrong; the step-by-step fixes come with the Email Fix.

SenderFix gives you information and instructions. You, or someone you choose, make any changes. We never ask for and never get access to your domain settings, email accounts or other systems.

Your domain

  • Only sign up domains you own or are authorized to manage, such as a client's domain with their permission.
  • Government and military domains (.gov and .mil) aren't accepted.
  • You're responsible for changes made to your domain's settings. Follow the steps carefully, and keep a copy of a setting before you change it so it can be put back.
  • Keep your results page link private. Anyone with the link can see your results.

Payment, renewal and cancelling

  • The Email Fix is a one-time charge of $299 per domain, taken when you check out. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • With the Email Fix and monthly billing, your first month of SenderFix Monitor is included. After that, SenderFix Monitor renews automatically at $19 per domain per month, charged to the same card, until you cancel. If you choose yearly billing instead, the first year ($190) is charged at checkout together with the Email Fix, and it renews at $190 per year until you cancel.
  • SenderFix Monitor on its own is $29 per domain per month (or $290 per year), charged from the day you sign up and renewing automatically until you cancel. If you buy the Email Fix later, it changes to $19 per month ($190 per year) from your next bill.
  • You can cancel SenderFix Monitor at any time by emailing support@senderfix.com. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.
  • The optional setup help session is a one-time charge of $149. Rescheduling and cancellations:
    • Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your call, using the link in your booking confirmation.
    • Cancel 24 hours or more before your call for a full refund.
    • If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or miss the call, we don't refund the session, but you can reschedule once at no charge.
    • If we need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund.
    • Paid but haven't booked yet? You can ask for a full refund any time before you book.
  • Prices may change. We'll email you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
  • If a payment fails, we'll try again and let you know. If it keeps failing, we may pause the service.

Our guarantee

If we can't find what's wrong with your email settings, you get your $299 back. To ask for a refund, email support@senderfix.com within 30 days of buying. We'll look at your results with you, and if we didn't find what was wrong with your settings, we'll refund the $299 in full.

The guarantee covers your email settings. It doesn't cover email that's filtered because of how it's sent: for example, email to bought or rented lists, to people who didn't ask to hear from you, or in volumes that mail services treat as bulk email.

How long fixes take

Most setting changes start working within an hour. Some take longer. Getting off a spam blocklist can take a few days. If your email has been going to junk for a while, Gmail and Outlook can take a few weeks to fully trust it again. Turning protection all the way up is done in steps over a few weeks, so nothing real gets blocked. Your results tell you which fixes take time, and we keep checking for you.

What we can't promise

Whether an email reaches the inbox is decided by the receiving mail service (such as Gmail or Outlook), using rules we don't control and can't see. Fixing your settings removes the most common reasons email goes to spam, but we can't guarantee that every email will reach every inbox.

Our checks and instructions are based on public information and the reports and test emails we receive. They can be incomplete if, for example, a tool sends email in a way that leaves no trace in your settings or reports.SenderFix provides general technical information, not legal advice.

Fair use

Please don't:

  • use SenderFix to send spam or to check domains you aren't authorized to manage;
  • send large volumes of email to your test address or use it for anything other than testing;
  • try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or copy it to build a competing one.

We may limit or stop service for anyone who misuses it.

Changes to the service

We keep improving SenderFix, so features may change. We aim to keep the service available, but it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we ever stop offering SenderFix Monitor, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and stop charging you.

Limits on liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't give warranties beyond what these terms say, and we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business, lost profits or lost data. Our total responsibility for any claim relating to SenderFix is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The legal bits

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
  • Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Cobb County, Georgia.
  • We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and email customers before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
  • If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
