“I never got your invoice.”

Let's make sure you never hear that again.

When your emails land in junk, it's usually one setting in one of the tools you send from. We find which one and give you simple steps to fix it. No tech skills needed.

Three simple steps. No jargon.

1A few minutes

Send a few test emails

2Usually within minutes

Read your results

For each one: working, or what's wrong, in plain English. No jargon to decode.

3At your pace

Follow the steps, or forward them

Numbered steps for the sites you already use, like GoDaddy or Mailchimp. Or forward them to whoever looks after your website. Their part is click-by-click.

What to do about Mailchimp

Your newsletters aren't set up to send for your business yet, so some go to junk.

1Log in to Mailchimp and open Domains.
2Click Authenticate next to your domain.
3Copy the two settings it shows into GoDaddy (steps below).

Rather not do this yourself? Forward this to whoever looks after your website. Their steps are click-by-click.

After the fix

Hear about problems from us, not from your customers.

Email setups drift. Someone adds a new tool, a website move deletes a setting, a scammer starts using your name. Every week you get a short email that says whether everything is still working, and we alert you the moment something isn't.

Your first month is included. After that it's $19 a month, and you can cancel any time.

Fix this week: Mailchimp

Your newsletters aren't set up to send for your business, so Gmail and Outlook can put them in junk. Step-by-step fix inside, plus a version to forward to your web person.

The unrecognized sender could be a scammer using your name or a tool nobody set up. We'll tell you how to find out which.

Common questions

I'm not technical. Can I really do this?

Yes. That's who SenderFix is built for. Your part is sending a few ordinary emails and following numbered steps like “Log in to GoDaddy, click Domains, click Add.” If you'd rather not, forward our email to whoever looks after your website. Their instructions are click-by-click too.

I don't have an IT person. What if I get stuck?

Reply to any of our emails and we'll help you through it. That's included. If you'd rather we do the changes together on a screen-share call, you can book a setup help session ($149, up to one hour) from your account.

Will this break my email?

No. The test only looks at emails you send to us. The fixes give your existing tools permission to send for your business; they don't turn anything off. The one setting we ask everyone to add only watches. It doesn't block anything.

Do you need my passwords or access to my accounts?

No. We never log in to anything. You, or whoever looks after your website, make the changes. We tell you exactly what to click.

Can you see my emails?

No. We only look at the test emails you send us. The reports we get from Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo contain counts and server addresses, never anyone's messages.

What does the $299 include?

A check of every tool that sends your email, plain-English results, step-by-step fixes for the sites you use, a version to forward to your web person, a blocklist check, a week of reports showing everyone sending email in your name, and help by email if you get stuck. Your first month of monitoring is included. If we can't find what's wrong with your email settings, you get your $299 back. The guarantee covers your email settings. No settings can fix email sent to people who didn't ask for it, like bought lists or mass emails.

What happens after the first month?

SenderFix Monitor continues at $19 a month per domain, so you hear about problems before your customers do. Cancel any time from your account.

How quickly will my email be fixed?

Most setting changes start working within an hour. Some take longer. Getting off a spam blocklist can take a few days. If your email has been going to junk for a while, Gmail and Outlook can take a few weeks to fully trust it again. Turning protection all the way up is done in steps over a few weeks, so nothing real gets blocked. Your results tell you which fixes take time, and we keep checking for you.

Can you promise my emails will reach the inbox?

No one honestly can. That decision belongs to Gmail and Outlook. What we do is make sure every email you send is properly set up, find what's hurting you, and tell you plainly if a problem isn't fixable on your end.

Not sure yet? Check your email free.

It takes about 90 seconds and you don't have to talk to anyone. You'll get a grade from A to F and see, in plain English, what's working and what isn't.
